The rule regarding minors states that the limitation period does not run against a slight. Section 6 does not supply a new place to begin of limitation. Alternatively, it enables folks with disabilities to seek an extension of time prior to the expiration in the period pointed out in the Timetable, calculated from the top of their legal disability.
